For group travel packages to the Andaman Islands, we suggest the following:
- Prepare in advance.
- Reserve your flight tickets in advance.
- Choose/tailor an itinerary that is not overly chaotic for the group.
- Consider the usefulness of this faraway place.
- Reserve your cruise tickets in advance.
- Plan your excursion with a local expert.
- Obtaining vehicle and boat availability for the group.
What is the suggested itinerary for groups?
We recommend a combination of Port Blair and Havelock Island for groups. We explore some of the finest beaches where the entire group may unwind and have fun. Additionally, they each have their own room to enjoy. We attempt to avoid situations where the group may not feel comfortable or where space is limited. We also include some activities for the group’s journey to the islands. Neil Island is another an option; however, large groups may find it difficult to travel there due to the island’s poor facilities. In addition, the Neil Island ferry has fewer seats available, making it more difficult for large groups to travel to Neil Island.
Where shall we lodge?
We typically recommend 3 or 4 Star hotels in Andaman for groups. Havelock Island is particularly knowledgeable about beach resorts throughout the islands. There are now only a few of hotels in Andaman that can accommodate the entire group. In addition, given the demand, we must examine the hotel’s availability, since many good hotels are typically fully booked during the peak season. Our experts will recommend places that can readily accommodate your group. In the worst case scenario, if the group must stay in two different hotels, we only recommend accommodations that are adjacent to one another.
Do we receive food for the group as part of the package?
Absolutely, food is provided at three times throughout the tour. Included in the price is breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Do you provide a DJ and alcoholic beverages for the group?
Yes, a DJ and alcoholic beverages can be arranged as an add-on for the group upon request.
What if we are vegetarians only?
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options will be available at the hotels where you stay. At the time of booking, you may also indicate your preference.
Exists a specialized facility for Jain Food?
Jain cuisine must be made according to a kitchen’s unique order. Furthermore, some parties bring their own chef to the islands. They have access to a kitchen where they can prepare their own meals. This facility is typically provided for groups of 30 or more travelers.
How many individuals should comprise a group?
At Experience Andaman Group Tour Packages is considered for 40 people or more. However, if you are a group of over 20 people, you are welcome to write to us and we will be pleased to respond.
