“Barbie” has been produced by Mattel Films, Heyday Films, and Robbie and her husband Tom Ackerley’s LuckyChap Entertainment. Josey McNamara from LuckyChap and Ynon Kreiz from Mattel work as senior producers. Barbie is going to be in a movie! People have already said that the Barbie 2023 movie has a great story and set, but not much else is known about it besides that Margot Robbie plays Barbie and Ryan Gosling plays Ken. The plot, in particular, is shrouded in mystery.

Yes! Barbie Official Trailer is Out Now for the full-length version on April 4, 2023; fans got their first real look at the Barbie cast when Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling joined a bunch of other Barbies and Kens in Barbie Land. There are famous outfits, amazing sets, and more bubblegum pink than you could ever want. Greta Gerwig’s comedic film adapts some of Mattel’s most recognizable toys, and the result is hilarious. Ryan Gosling plays the role of Ken, Barbie’s male friend, and co-stars in the film, with Margot Robbie as Barbie.
Midway through December 2022, we got our first clip. Warner Bros. put out the first look video on the 16th, giving fans their first look at Margot and Ryan in action as Barbie and Ken. We can’t wait for this show!
What will Barbie be About?
The movie’s description says that Robbie’s Barbie doll is kicked out of Barbieland “for not being perfect enough,” so she goes on “an adventure in the real world.” This is where the human characters might come into play, but the story is still mostly a secret, so fans will have to wait and see.
Fans could be in for a Barbie world if different versions of Barbie and Ken show up. This would be in line with the Barbie brand, which has made many toys over the years that show people of all shapes, sizes, colors, and genders.
Who’s in the Cast?
Margot Robbie will play Barbie, as we already know, and Ryan Gosling will play Ken. And it’s even more exciting because a lot of well-known people are also in the movie. According to Variety, they are Kate McKinnon, Alexandra Shipp, America Ferrera, Simu Liu, and Hari Nef. Will Ferrell plays the CEO of a toy company. Alexandra Shipp from Love, Simon posted a number of behind-the-scenes photos to Instagram in July with a sweet caption that confirmed she would be in the movie.
Emma Mackey of “Sex Education” also stated that she would be in the cast, ending many rumors. Emma’s comments confirmed that she would be in the cineb movie and also confirmed a fan idea that there would be more than one version of Barbie on screen. Exciting! Dua Lipa, Ncuti Gatwa, Connor Swindells, Nicola Coughlan, Rita Aryu, Michael Cera, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Hari Nef, Anna Kruz Kayne, Scott Evans, Sharon Rooney, Emerald Fennell, Issa Rae, Simu Liu, Kate McKinnon, America Ferreira, Ariana Greenblatt, Helen Mirren, and Jamie Demetriou are also in the cast.
