The beauty of custom shirts and uniforms
Without uniforms, how exactly can we distinguish our favorite football teams? Baseball teams? Hockey teams?
It’s going to be hard, isn’t it?
Humans have used uniforms to distinguish themselves for hundreds of thousands of years. Soldiers fighting wars wore uniforms thousands of years ago for the same reason the Baltimore Ravens wear purple and black every week.
To distinguish oneself.
Consider this boss not only for war and sports, but also for business branding. There are thousands of companies that have their company logos printed on standard uniforms. Why do they do this? To differentiate yourself from the competition. One of the best aspects of our modern society is that uniforms are now less standardized.
Once upon a time there was a suit, tie and logo pin. Teams and companies can now take advantage of customizing https://kartexsuits.com.au/collections/kart-racing-suits t-shirts, jackets, pants, hats, uniforms, scarves, and the list goes on. The point is that we can change ourselves to be better than we were years ago.
Why is diversity important?
Say you have 10 companies lined up against a wall and 9 of them are wearing polo shirts with their company logo stitched on the chest. Now imagine a tenth company displaying their logo in a completely different and unique way. Who catches your eye?
Isn’t it the 10th company?
Because as humans, we are constantly looking for and scanning for differences between commonalities. Now just because that company displays their logo differently doesn’t mean they are better than the other nine. But isn’t that what branding is all about now? The whole point of branding is to gain recognition and interest in your company and your services, and differentiating yourself with custom clothing is a very simple and effective way to achieve that goal.

Navy – Unique to the Navy, its members change their service uniform style depending on the season. They also have variations of uniforms applicable to officers of different ranks. The most common naval uniforms are “dress blue” and “dress white”. “Dress Blues” are often worn in colder seasons, while “Dress Whites” are often worn in warmer months.
Enlisted Navy Personnel -E-6 A male naval officer in the rank of petty officer first class wears traditional naval dress and a female officer in the same rank wears the uniform worn by superior officers. However, the main difference for women is the different livery that adorns the uniform.
